How the Consultation Works
• Length: 1 hour
• Fee: Regular session rate (see below)
• You’ll leave with valuable insights and next steps, whether or not we choose to work together.
• If I’m not the right match for your goals, I’ll guide you toward resources or professionals who may be a better fit.

For those who would like to meet briefly before scheduling a full session, I offer 20-minute Zoom consults at no cost, when my schedule allows. This is perfect for asking a few questions and getting a sense of my approach.

Power Hours – $300 / 55 minutes
Short-term coaching or open-ended therapy sessions designed to address your goals and create meaningful progress.
Accelerated Track – $1600 / month
Weekly sessions plus tailored worksheets, recommended readings, and ongoing support via voice notes throughout the week — designed to accelerate your growth and keep you on track.
Insurance
I do not take insurance, but will work with you on how to receive out-of-network mental health benefits if you are eligible.
